I entered the Rarefied Light competition not really knowing what they were looking for. One of my entries ended up getting an Honorable Mention, one of only 7 of the 53 final selections that received that recognition. There were also 2 best of show--a tie! All the selections were on display at various locales for about a year around the state. "Dream Hike", a picture of my niece hiking by a river at Smith Rock Park in Oregon was the one the judge liked.
